酒店位置非常方便，有個南亞樣子的服務生會英文電梯也很新，所以很方便。餐廳給我安排的位置非常滿意在火爐旁邊，很有冬天的感覺。泡湯基本晚上沒有人，包場。但是訂房網站預訂的房間位置不好，窗對著牆，沒有風景酒店可能比較老了，晚上睡覺有設備噪聲，睡得不好。榻榻米床品很舒服。如果對睡眠聲音不那麼挑剔的就100分。

旅館由巴士總站步行五分鐘內可到達，也很近湯畑。一泊兩食晚餐早餐也很美味。酒店員工很有禮，服務也很好，餐廳有個馬來西亞員工Liu-san 識講廣東話，令整個用餐體驗更好更親切。酒店有兩個貸露天風呂(在旅館棟外,行幾十步到達），可另加3300yen租用45分鐘，泉水好滑又夠熱，浸溫泉好舒服。

An oasis of calm in a stone’s throw away from Yubatake. Getting up here can be tricky if you drive but the staff are standing by to direct your car to the reserved parking lots. Breakfast and dinner were exquisite Kaiseki sets. The indoor/outdoor onsens were spacious and clean, with zen greenery surrounding the baths. Traditional rooms are spacious and cosy, with staff setting up the futons while you have dinner. Great place to stay with delicious food.

一般溫泉酒店都是免費停車的，這家要收費。酒店離草津溫泉中心地不遠，走路也就幾分鐘，屬於鬧中取靜。房間有些年頭了，還好客人不多，露天溫泉泡的很舒服。

酒店環境和地理位置特別好去草津溫泉的中心區湯畑衹需要3分鐘步行時間房間乾淨整潔服務也很熱情貼心早晚餐非常健康蔬菜和海鮮、肉類都豐富且好吃酒店公共浴場打掃的非常乾淨洗浴用品也很好溫泉水質也不錯泡著很舒服非常適合休息度假⛱️

酒店位置很近巴士總站及湯畑，酒店服務人員很好，尤其親自到巴士站接我的小哥，很像愛回家電視劇某位演員，贈送的柚子茶很好喝，另浸溫泉竟然有提供美白麵膜使用，很好用哦，此外，浴衣及腰帶很多款式選擇很美哦！

3人的房間很大，清潔乾淨，酒店內的溫泉也不錯。餐廳服務員非常有禮貌，遇到一位識講廣東話的馬來西亞員工，無論check in 及在餐廳都跟進得很好，早餐及晚餐的食物也很好味。位置與溫泉街也很近，行2分鐘便到，有很多商店及食肆。

Great location really close to the Kasatsu bus station. Friendly staff although some of them are not fluent in English, they always try to provide the best service. We also had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both top quality. One thing that was slightly disappoint is that we were assigned to a table with no view in the restaurant for both meals. So couldn’t enjoy the snowy view as we would wanted to during our meals.
