草津溫泉 草津酒店別館 綿之湯 (Kusatsu Hotel Annex – Watanoyu)

地理位置很好，離溫泉村中心6分鐘走路。服務熱情，很日式的味道。 晚餐早餐水平也在線，泡澡基本都是獨享，因為房間不多。 下次去草津，會再才住這裡。 唯一差點意思的是停車位，離酒店要下個坡，不過也還行。

自駕遊的，所以地點不是考慮因素，步行去湯畑都十分近，酒店也提供免費泊車。別館也有溫泉但只有一個，大堂還有免費茶或咖啡提供。房間十分大，還有露天溫泉門票贈送。

前台會流利英語，服務態度比其他更高升級的溫泉酒店更好，職員都是女孩子，也很有耐性，這令我今次獨自一人的旅程感到10分窩心。 食物好吃 超出預期 性價比相當高 位置比想像中方便。 浸浴後有二十四小時麥茶供應。美中不足是浴場沒有帶鎖的locker 所以浸浴的時候會有一點點不安心 整體10分推薦下次也會再來這家

大人のみ宿泊可能ということもあり、靜かで過ごしやすかったです。 食事もサービスも大満喫で、部屋數が少ないこともあり、お風呂もずっと貸切で使用できました。

お部屋は非常に綺麗でした。また、食事は美味しく量も多かったため非常に満足しています。また利用させていただきたいです。

The room is the only highlight of the ryokan annex, big, clean and semi modern. Facilities are very lacking, and you don't get the traditional ryokan's grand lobby or big onsen. Everything is very basic here. For the price though, it was ok. It is quite a walk with verticality from the bus station, and have no shuttle service.

Very clean and quiet ryokan. A bit farther down from the main street (Yubatake) but it’s only a few minutes walk up. From the bus terminal, it’s about 15-20 minutes walk so if you have more than one luggage it might be best to call a taxi. As a solo traveler, the ryokan was a nice and relaxing getaway. Loved their onsen. Also the footbath was a nice treat (best if you go in the morning!). Rooms were spacious and offered a pleasant view of the streets. Welcome pudding was in the fridge. They provide the traditional robes, so you can wear them out to the public baths around the town. I also wore their traditional sandals from the lobby area when walking around wearing their traditional robes. Their are few public baths around the town but only had the chance to visit one near this ryokan. It’s called Sainokawara, which is one of the most well-known and beautiful baths of Kusatsu. You get a free ticket from the ryokan. Thankfully, it’s only a 10 minutes walk from here, whereas 15+ from the main street. If you go at night, it might be confusing so I recommend you ask around locals. One thing that could be improved is the front lobby customer service. The receptionist treated me very well and assisted me with English. However, in the evening, the front staffs were not seen even when I ringed their help bell. Not saying they weren’t communicating via phone or in the busy hours! Just if you get easily confused like me, it might be harder to reach out to them in the evenings. Also, I wish there was a closed door leading to the women’s onsen. It is placed on a different floor from men’s and is fairly well separated, but I would’ve felt more safe with some more blockage. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying at this ryokan for my first 訂房網站 to Kusatsu. Would recommend for solo and family/couples!

2食付での宿泊をオススメするほど、お食事が美味しかったです。食事中も周囲の「おいしいね」の聲が何度も聞こえていました。スタッフの気遣いもきめ細やかで、とてもくつろげました。 お部屋のお菓子は感動もの。ロビーのコーヒーも 美味しくて。久しぶりに新聞を読みました。 　館內の足湯も清潔で気持ち良い。贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 　駐車場は草津ホテルと共用なので阪の上になります。荷物のある方は綿の湯前で降ろしてもらうといいでしょう。　近くに朝8時から開いてるお煎餅屋さんがありお土産買うに便利ですが、店員さんは感じ悪いので気をつけて。

夕朝食ともに食事がとてもおいしかったです！ ただ、私たちには量が多過ぎて殘してしまったのが申し訳なかったです。 お手間だとは思いますが、少し量が少ないプランを設定いただければその他は本當に良かったのでまた泊まりたいと思います！
