The hotel is definitely not 5-star. Name of hotel added Marriott because of which I booked it. Please don't mislead people. I was inside the room, and outside, there was the noise of so many people and children. It was looking like I was staying in a fish market not 5 star hotel. I could not sleep in the afternoon. When I checked in the afternoon, the whole gallery on the 3rd floor was smelling. People have kept half-finished food on a plate outside their room. Please ask the hotel to teach people staying there some manners. The lift had so much water that someone might have used the swimming pool and then used the lift. In my room, the handwash and lotion box were empty, no plastic bags in the dustbin. Overall, there was a serious hygiene issue.
