The property is not at all maintained. There are cockroaches everywhere, it was very disgusting. The bed sheet had stains all over it, when we asked to get it changed the denied. The staff lacks all essence of hospitality. The pool was not at all cleaned, dirt had settled down at the bottom of the pool. Food is decent but overall experience was very bad

The entrance road is so so bad if your traveling with your own vehicle and also the pool tiles are broken easily anyone can get hurt . I got hurt in pool so bad that I got two switches in hand. rest everything is ok.

I loved my stay at sunrise hill resort. Service was excellent there and staff were very helpful. I enjoyed a lot. Food was delicious. Hope to visit again sometime.

Despite we upgraded to a better room, we had cockroaches all over in the room. Pathetic matress. Broken AC & bad walls. Overall experiance was not good as swimming pool was also not maintained & around 10.30 itself staff started knocking doors to check out while a request to extend till 11am was already agreed by reception staff.
