We booked 3 rooms. Price is affordable with good Kundasang view. The rooms are simple & nice. Near a night market.

The location is great as its very near to the town/night market. Room is good as it come with hot water and quit spacious. We got pond view room. Very good. But, the hot water need to wait for next people to use as it might needed to re-heat back. As u are in cold places, the hot water need to be always available as soon as possible. The management can improve this. Other is ok. Good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was a strong soaking smell, and the room appeared dusty, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. The shower head was broken, and one of the blankets had a bloodstain, which was very concerning. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor—water couldn't flow properly and remained stagnant on the floor.

The chalet is a good size although it was really not sound proof as you could hear conversations clearly from the neighbours. The morning mountain view from the chalet is magnificent. The restaurant is decent for Kundasang. Little irritation that the bathroom is water logged after use.

This is a good stay and good view, just that check out is more convenient after 7am. If you're going to hike Kota Kinabalu, this may be an issue. Better to communicate in advance with the front desk during check in.

Hotel ini ada pengawasan oleh security.. Kawasan hotel yang berdekatan dgn restaurant, Masjid dan minimarket.. Kemudahan yang disediakan adalah bersesuaian dengan harga. Oleh kerana hotel ini dibuat dari kayu, kita boleh dengar org sebelah menutup pintu.. Secara keseluruhan okay..
