Rooms were good and clean. Food was good too. The care takers were helping us well. shikara ride for sunset arranged by them for 1300 rs was an awesome experience

Positive 1) Clean room and bathroom 2) Ancient exterior and interior 3) cordial staff Negative 1) Property is not fully ready, lot of construction work going on 2) Only room and pool available. You don’t have any other options for indoor games, forget about outdoor activities 3) No in house restaurant and you have to go out for even a tea or coffee 4) Not an excellent location 5) Rates are too high when competing to the facility they offer. Much cheaper options are available with better facilities Overall it didn’t meet our expectations

It is good property, rooms are antique and equipped with all needed amenities. there is no restaurant inside. breakfast is also not good. swimming pool is well maintained.

The stay was excellent. The location was awesome and the amenities were top notch. The complimentary breakfast was splendid. The service was good and the manager smith and yedu were very helpful. It was really worth the money. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and relatives and am looking forward to visiting again. The property has a wonderful pool.

The stay was good. The property was similar to what was described except the pool was not in a condition to be used and was dirty. Also, i checkout in the morning at 7 am and there was no one at the reception.

It’s a beautiful heritage property right on the backwaters. The room was very comfortable with a large modern bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful. You could get a backwater boat right from the hotel itself. We also had a lot of fun in the well maintained pool. For people who like to take instagramable pics, every corner is photogenic !

Location and ambience are good. But poor maintenance. Washrooms not hygiene. Even power back was not there. Night when power was gone nobody was there to hear us.

It’s a beautiful heritage property right on the backwaters. The room was very comfortable with a large modern bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful. You could get a backwater boat right from the hotel itself. We also had a lot of fun in the well maintained pool. For people who like to take instagramable pics, every corner is photogenic !
