1. Smoking is prohibited on the premises and in the surrounding area. (including electronic cigarettes). 2. Use of devices for parties and events is prohibited. 3. Any behavior that causes noise pollution is prohibited. 4. Please note the following regarding changes to your reservation: (A) If you wish to extend your stay, please submit a change request by 17:00 (two days) before your original check-out date and contact the hotel. If you make a request after this date, you will be charged a cancellation fee for the cleaning scheduled for your check-out date (the same amount as the cleaning fee at the time of booking). (B) If you wish to reduce your stay, please submit a change request by 17:00 (two days) before your desired check-out date and contact the hotel. If you make a request after this date, we may not be able to shorten your stay due to cleaning arrangements.
