1. Glamping doesn’t seem to be a Lux hotel. Why i couldn’t feel the luxury even after spending a whopping - Room conditions was not good. - ⁠road to a luxury hotel can’t be this bad, as it was. - ⁠Design of hotel is such that there is no privacy when somebody uses the jaccuzzi. 2. Not much options in breakfast, limited 3-4 dishes doesn’t deserve to be this costly. 3. ⁠Staffs behaviour was good, but they aren’t trained to cater a luxury hotel requirements & expectations. 4. ⁠This hotel is not for family, as it totally isolated. the one good things happened was: - The Hotel staff treated us with candle light dinner. It changed the entire mood as we were on our anniversary vaccation. Though we were mesmerizeed by the surprise, but it still doesn’t cut the fact that this should not be a lux property in MMT. Attaching few pictures below

Property is amazing, the view and hospitality is great. I loved my stay there. Reaching this property is not very difficult, property is road side only.

Location is excellent, however , reaching there from Manali is horrible as the road is too narrow and in bad condition. Being in the mountains one can understand. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Food is good, though not much choice. Swimming pool was not operational. Overall a good memorable stay . Good for a night stay, enjoy jacuzzi in your private area :)

included such a worst property at luxe where nothing is at a medium level even.much over over priced .unhygienic food quality..property lacked even electricity & hot water.kitchen & restaurant standards were really poor

It has been a wonderful experience, with a view of snow clad mountains and hospitality is unmatched. Given the extreme weather near the location, rooms are well equipped to make the stay pleasant and memorable.
