Basic accommodations. Decent room size, larger than most. Furnishing dated, due for upgrade. TV with some Astro channels. Wifi was ok. Breakfast provided was good. Location just outside of the town centre, so less traffic noise during the night. Overall, value for the room size, got a reasonable night rest.

I'm checking in quite late because the room is still being cleaned by cleaning service. They only have 1 staff member to clean up the rooms per floor. Toilet fixtures broken and the same with toilet table top. It's is a mess how they maintain the hotel.

**Disappointing Stay** I booked two rooms, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The water pressure in the shower was very weak in both rooms. Additionally, neither room had an iron board prepared, which I had to request. Even after that, the iron board I received was almost broken. The kettle was also not provided in the rooms, and I had to ask for it. These are basic amenities listed in the room description, but were not made available upon arrival. Furthermore, there was no phone available to call room service, which added to the inconvenience. Another issue I faced was with the restaurant – it was listed as closing at 9:30 PM, but when I went to buy food at 8:30 PM, the restaurant was already closed. I was really disappointed with the overall experience.
