鳳凰島度假村 (Phoenix Island Resort)

1) Was Never Informed at the Time of the Booking that we had take a Boat to reach the Resort, 2) Food Options were Limited.

l looked through the MakeMyTrip App there are no words to describe the wonderful place the workers working there behaved very deligently the food also made there was very tasty all in all unforgettable memories

They have two sets of rooms. But they offer newly constructed rooms to mm t traveller's. Should insist for rooms near lake and restorant. Newly constructed rooms have lack of facilities and view. Staff behaviour is decent and polite. Good different experience

Not at all a pleasant experience. I booked it seeing all the pictures and when i reached there first thing is the road to the parking is like an off road experience narrow and gutter road and when you finally reaches the parking point you will have to go the actual resort by boat. It’s like 5. 8 min by boat but you’ll have to wait a long time for the boat guy to arrive especially when you’re checking out. They don’t have a specific menu for dinner and lunch, you’ll have to ask everything to the receptionist. There is no phone for the room service. You will have to go the reception/ restaurant for everything. Mini coolbar was empty and they said it’s not available even after i asked about it. The only good thing i felt is the room was really good neat and spacious. And the room boy and receptionist were well behaved and nice. But one other staff i found staring at the guest for no reason that made people uncomfortable. And the pool is big and clean. But finally when it comes to accessibility it’s really tough. Once you reach the resort and if some emergency comes then you will have to call for the boat and wait for them to arrive.

We can reach the location only by boat after parking our vehicle on the other side of the river, in the allotted parking area for this property. Staff are very cordial and their service is very good. Room is big and clean. Surroundings are ill maintained. So premises do not look impressive. Bed sheets were changed on request since the bed spread was not clean. Tap water is salty. There are no proper cloth hangers in the bathroom.

Food, service and rooms are okay. But seems more ideal pick for bachelors, not much organised and managed.

Overall stay & accommodation was good. I have booked 3 rooms tv was not working in one of the rooms. There was no hot water available. Plus, the restaurant is just average, and the time delay was too much if we ordered any food

I stayed with my family for 2 nights at superior room. The rooms are excellent for my family with 2 adults and 2 kids age 12 and 14. Room service is very good and they were very kind. Food choice is also good and all the staffs are very polite. Only suggestion for improvement is to have dressing mirror in the room.

The place and location is fabulous. The food is available based on order and the fish and chicken is excellent. This property is a good value proposition and you need to take a boat to reach the property. The maintenance of the property is not good as clearly it is understaffed
