Very fast and hassle free during the check in and check out. Friendly and courteous staff at the reception. Free parking is just in front of the hotel. The family room that we booked is quite big and in good condition. The only issue is that the family room is located at level 3 while the lift goes up until level 2 only, so we had to take the staircase to level 3. Recommended for family and couples!

Untuk tidur okay lah , yang tak best tv tak boleh bukak , minta tolong dekat staff pun diorang macam tak tahu je , okay bye ! Lain2 okay je .

Really a big room. But at level 1 near road side. Pretty noise when nearby vehicles pass by.

Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Downstairs got Gu Wen Cha. Nearby the Kulai toll and Lotus.
