Staff is friendly. Hotel is about 10-15min walk to Kulai Mall. But the hotel lobby and room is smelly. Hotel doesn’t provide free parking.

It’s a budget hotel so can’t expect much. The least they can provide is toothbrush and toothpaste is available. It had given 2 set but without the toothpaste. When ask to get new staff make some remark saying something else.

We chose executive king size room. Nothing surprise in the room but the open area for travellers are interesting. It comes with fridge, drinking water machine some utensils. And the most important is its near to the senai airport.

Overall - clean, quiet, value for money, good location to food and shops, and mall. A good rest stop for me from Senai Airport. However, (1) Internet tend to be intermittent in speed and ping, (2) Second storey climb requires 25 steps up the staircase.
