Bed is ok and comfortable, heater is good, quite spacious however saw cockroach inside the room when I entered the room. Frequent stay in this hotel for close to a month, first time saw this. Hotel is cheap for a short stay. Nearby teagarden for quick breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Price is really low! The hotel has quite nice exterior and lobby, however rooms are a bit down and not well maintain. The cleanliness could have been better, seasoned bedsheets and towels provided. ▶️ Good location, surrounding have food places, walkable to Lotus's Kulai. ▶️ Ample free parking available. ▶️ No water dispenser provided. Recommend to budget travellers!

Hotel is a bit old n dirty. Needs renovation. Pillows is old n has some smell. A good restaurant is just nx door for breakfast.

, I've been there for two times,, what's happening is,, I was just wondering if havona hotel would be a good time to get a toothbrush in every room and have a coffee or hot water.. Although overall havona hotel is good... 👍👍

Great location, easy to find. Polite staffs and spacious bed. Lift service until level 2, family room is located on level 3. A short staircase climb needed. However, no kettle, mini fridge & hot shower. Water station available for hot water / drinking water at level 2 only. Overall it’s a good place for a short stay.
