Super duper bad experience where is room is told full and ask us to contact the booking platform for refund process.. the receptionist is not friendly to explain further the situation and there a few group is having same experience as me. Thanks to 訂房網站 promptly action and I manage to get a full refund

Penginapan yang sangat memuaskan dengan kemudahan yang sedia ada seperti WaterDispenser, ironboard. Lokasi penginapan yang sangat strategik . Layanan yang baik dari pihak hotel. Harga yang sangat berbaloi dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Trip. Keselamatan yang terjamin. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan ini. Terima kasih.

The room is filled with strange smell.The pillows and bedsheets are stained and smelly..the blankets too are smelly. There is no toilet row and soap...only the wifi is satisfied.
