All room upstairs harus naik tangga and is horrible Place really kecewa disappointed did not mention in the social media so becareful my money they not returned back coz the place is not pleasant at ALL I booked for 2 night for 2 rooms they EAT all.my money and do t want to refund to me.... BAD MANAGEMENT WE NOT STAYING EVEN ONE NIGHT.....ITS NOT RIGHT TO TAKE SOMEONES MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION EVEN WE JUST WANT ONE NIGHT TO RETURN NO ONE WILL HELP Either from hotel side or from 訂房網站

They should say that no elevator or used stairs All room are upstairs.....it's difficult for elderly or ppl with foot problem to climb up with the suitcase We not used the room we rent for 2 nights and 3 rooms we cannot get refund back at least charge us one night the next night can be refund ....to us just to be fair...not Greedy or serakah.....if they said stairs only no one will stay at that placed...it's a TRAP..... Since I am a Diamond Tier member it should be compensate for what I reach...to build my status in 訂房網站
