    It was nice stay..good food, Clean rooms and nice services.money wise little high. near to market so comfortable to find public transport

    Cleanliness was at peak. Service was slow. Bathroom was huge, but drainage problem. There was gas gyser, not good in heating water though. Restaurant food was great, service was poor. Entry is in front of bar shop, not good. Won’t prefer booking again

    I stayed from 3rd march to 6th march 25. A/c room was booked. No electric cattle in room. And everything you need to pay like dental kit, tea bags. Only one bottle water is given, and you need to pay for more drinking water. No intercom. Nobody will take your baggage to your room. I would suggest hotel to charge for TV also per channel. Wi-fi network almost dead. So if you want to stay, keep in mind that they will give you room only.

    The surrounding area was s very noisy and had no time limit. The music was kept on up to 2am. Need to improve

    Food quality 5 service 5 infrastructure of room no. 109 bad 2. Dirty smell from the bathroom was coming hence we requested for change and got another room the next day onward.

    Its a wonderful place very neat and clean good/polite staff ideal location to travel around the city and touring places surrounding is supportive with proper shops and markets above all restaurant is attached and having amazing food test overall worth stay at hotel coconut, kudal.
