酒店員工熱情服務,常帶笑容. 可能係比較有年份的酒店,故此房間設備有損壞,例如電視機不能播放.床唔夠長,長得高大腳要外伸床外.對面是會展中心,步行可到達,若要參加會議非常便利.

該 update 了。房間裡的床品都太舊了，不知道是沒換床單枕頭套 還是洗到很舊的感覺。看著都感覺很差。房間很多灰塵，酒店用品沒什麼給到。

I really enjoyed my stay at UCSI Hotel Kuching! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the highlight for me was definitely the big swimming pool – perfect for relaxing. I also tried the Quad Restaurant, and the food was delicious with really big portions. Overall, a great experience and I’d be happy to come back again!

3D2N Stay at UCSI Hotel Kuching – A Comfortable & Convenient Getaway We recently stayed at UCSI Hotel Kuching for a short 3D2N getaway and had a great overall experience. The hotel is located near the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, which was super convenient, especially since we were driving. There’s ample parking, and getting to Kuching town only took us about 15–20 minutes by car. The Room & Facilities: Our room was clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the cozy bed, strong air-conditioning, and good Wi-Fi. The hotel also has a nice rooftop pool and gym that add a touch of luxury to the stay.

It is an affordable hotel but can improve the cleanliness. If can be upgraded or repaint if can be excellent hotel. The pool is very nice as it the main attraction for me and family to stay but needs to maintain a bit. Breakfast is below average. Some of the food is ok like the nasi lemak, soup n others. But roti canai can be improved, quite hard to eat.

Clean and big room, 1 thing i unhappy is when i check in get the room access card reach the room and the door cannot open, i chenge the access card twice, go up and down twice at the end the she pass to other guy to help, and the guy change the room for me. One more thing is the counter girl face like i own her many money not even smile when serve or meet the customer, hotel facilities all good

The only convenience is close to BCCK, can walk across the busy road for 5min to reach BCCK. Need transport to reach the city which is about 15min away with reasonable fares. However it might not be easy to get a ride back to hotel at late night with high cancellation rates. Room size is good for 2 persons, basic amenities equipped. However the cleanliness needs to be further improvements (ants in room and bathroom has little unpleasant smell). Breakfast is fair, reasonable variety, recommended for travellers who can’t wake up early/ would like to avoid traffic jam in early to the town for local delicacies. Price is rational and affordable if you are looking for a stay close to BCCK.
