We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel.
It provides clean and big room.
The Staffs and cleaners were helpful and polite. Even though it is a bit far from the town centre , a few restaurants were available easily nearby the hotel.
However, the conditions in the bathroom need to be improved.

- Poor hygiene (linen and carpet, 2 guest have gotten sick during the stay)
- Bad quality room (light spoiled, water leak, mold on wall
- Bad service (question and shown unpleasant facial expression when asked for more drinking water, refuse to provide one extra towel, asked in-room service for utensils but asked us to collect ourself in their restaurant instead after 1 hour of enquiring)
- Poor amenities (all gym equipment are rusty, threadmill spoiled, staff say unable to fix as they have asked for service long time ago)

Was actually having second thoughts after reading the previous set of reviews.
Well, it turned out to be a great choice after all.

Large swimming pool with 2 pools for kids. However the adult pool depth is quite challenging for my teens, mor than 1.5m...🙌
