低於預期；之前因為是的詩巫晶木酒店，感覺還不錯，所以選擇古晉的晶木酒店。雖然低於預期，但是性價比還行。酒店早餐需要現點才做。服務人員的態度不錯。酒店後面那家“鴨皇”裡面菜不錯，推薦去吃。

雖然是五星級酒店可是職員們都懶懶閒不收拾房間我加一晚他們竟然什麼都沒有做還把我換到一個將雪櫃的房，以後也不會再去住

Perfect location near waterfront. Stay for 4 nights. Mula2 dapat bilik lama, kecil. Bising macam ada washing machine dekat level atas. Then change to new wing. Better renovated room, clean and not noisy anymore.

Harga hotel agak mahal dengan perkhidmatan yg diberikan, toiletries tidak disediakan cuma yg ada sabun mandi dan shampoo shaja. Makanan pun xbyk pilihan. Location agak jauh dari waterfront kalau joging makan sejam gak pergi balik. Tp mujur ada taman dekat boleh healing2. Naik grab dr waterfront ke hotel Rm2 jer, oklah.

1. feel dark in the room with the rest of the lights are turning on. 2. no disposable slipper provided 3. bathroom floor get mouldy 4. toilet bowl when flush the back pipe is leaking out water TIP: Need to improved for the Room and aircon unable adjusted..... either it get too cold or too hot/warm inside the room. Must do checking. Pillow need to change for standard/better quality as now too soft.
