The room especially the bed and pillows are amazing..not so hard not so soft. This is the best bed n pillows ever in all hotels I stayed before. The ambience and decor in the lobby and room pathway nice maybe coz newly refurbished.
Setback only calls long time to pick up and when order room service a bit confusing the food comes from which side, puteri side or Astana side which is not supposed to be the guest's problems and cause delay.

All perfect! Got swimming pool open from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm. Breakfast buffet is delicious..many variety food include laksa Sarawak and also smoke duck..room very spacious for deluxe twin room..

The location is strategic, easy to go here & there. Love the ambience & the staff are helpful despite extremely long line for checking in on New Year’s eve. Overall, a great experience to stay at this hotel.
