酒店很漂亮！剛翻新過。富麗堂皇的。房間很寬敞，該有的都有，夜晚也很安靜。前台服務員熱情周到，我需要加一晚，她們特意建議我在網上預訂比較划算。對面就是7X24便利店和湖邊，晚上散步很舒服。

I stayed this hotel when I was 15 years old. Now I am 45. I would congratulate the staff of the hotel who really worked hard to main the look, the cleanliness of this hotel. I also would like to thank the front line counter staff for upgrading my room to the River View Room as the room that I've booked was not yet ready (still in the cleaning process).

I was a little scared at first because of some of the reviews. Although this hotel is quite old, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It even had an air purifier. The staff was also very nice and the service was excellent.thank you.

Stayed at this Hotel from 11th to 13th June at the Puteri Wing. This i must say was a Fabulous Wing. Everything is fine at this Hotel. Only a few shortcomings due to Towels, we had to keep on asking Housekeeping to send the towels. Next Ammenities in the Room was placed for 1 person only "why". I think Housekeeping needs to buck up. Other than that its a Nice Hotel. Great Breakfast and Kudos to the F& B Team. Front Office Staff very well mannered and Helpful.. It was nice staying at this Hotel 🏨 ☺️ 👌

Hotel room is great. Bed is comfortable, but the breakfast buffet is just so-so. Is walking distance to waterfront, cat statue and hotspot food court. Very convenient.

Lovelyyy place, amazing view and the front desk is very helpful. I actually had some issues with the room but they gave me a better and bigger room in return. Would definitely repeat!

The guest room was spacious and clean, location super convenient, walking distance to waterfront and restaurants. Many options for breakfast. Everything was nice except the house keeper threw away our in-use skincare products which were placed near the sink in the bathroom. The satff said she thought they were used up but apparently they were not, you could see there were still something inside.

Recommended for those who looking to stay near somewhere close to tourist spots. Most places are within a 15 minute walk which is reasonable. My room just nice can see the river and the legislative building. Room wise is very comfortable, and I've gotten one of the best sleep thus far on its bed The food at the breakfast buffet were decent albeit not the best of variety compared to any other hotels. The sarawak laksa provided is pretty tasty.
