the service was okay but i dont like that the basement parking not link with the lobby elevator, need to went up a few stairs but then its okay and at first, when we arrive parking was full because theres wedding at the hotel, thankfully theres one left for us. The ground level parking is so little so we inevitably need to parking basement. thats the only thing i have comment about, all the other things are okay, the service, amenities, cleanliness ,all are okay

This is a dated hotel. Throughout the whole hotel, from the lobby to the bedrooms, there is a stale smell of oldness. The staff are trying their best to help but their appears a lack of enthusiasm and passion. There is an outdoor pool but no indoor one, and this ia unmanned and quiet small for the hotel size. The doorman is friendly. Menus are repetitive after a few days. This would be a great hotel if the owners invested a little into modernising and maintenance.
