We love the stay. The cleanliness, comfort and accessibility are all good. Just some lifts were working properly sometimes and sometimes don’t, we all didn’t understand, so we just use other lift which on the other end. The owner maybe can provide a guide to go the swimming pool and gym in the future. I provide no picture because forgot to take some, but all are exactly the same with what owner provides.

Welcoming by a cockroach, white pillow case provided were in yellowish, stained & dust on them, same to quilt cover. After housekeeping provided, make no difference. We thought that we can take two access card as provided in the locker, however I need to send back to the unit after being told that got another guest checking in another unit. This took me an hour to/ from the unit to my next destination. Really terrible experience even the children kept on complaining
