我預訂前，看平台上寫的是正常房型，結果我填完註冊表後問他們客服，説是沒有空調，衹有電風扇，都什麼年代了，房間沒有空調怎麼住，他們店鋪，房子類型介紹避重就輕，空調也不寫有還是沒有，衹有風扇也沒有標註，什麼都不説，我下了三個晚上，確認衹有風扇，我直接溝通説不住退款，店家不允許，怎麼説就是倆字不退，你們一定擦亮眼睛，看清楚，別住個房間沒空調是折磨… Before booking, the platform listed the accommodation as a standard room type. However, after I completed the registration form and checked with customer service, I was told there was no air conditioning—only an electric fan. I mean, what year is this? How can anyone stay in a room without air conditioning? The property’s description of the room type was deliberately vague; it didn’t specify whether there was air conditioning, nor did it mention that there was only a fan—it said absolutely nothing about it. I had booked for three nights, and upon confirming that only a fan was provided, I immediately requested a refund, stating that I wouldn’t be staying. The host flatly refused—their answer was a hard "no refund." Please, be very careful and look closely before you book; staying in a room without air conditioning is nothing short of torture… Sebelum membuat tempahan, platform tersebut menyenaraikannya sebagai jenis bilik standard. Walau bagaimanapun, selepas mengisi borang pendaftaran dan menghubungi khidmat pelanggan, saya diberitahu bahawa tiada penghawa dingin, hanya kipas. Zaman apakah yang kita lalui sekarang? Bagaimana sesiapa boleh menginap di bilik tanpa penghawa dingin? Huraian kedai dan jenis bilik mereka samar-samar dan tidak menyebut sama ada terdapat penghawa dingin atau tidak. Mereka tidak menyatakan sama ada hanya kipas sahaja. Mereka langsung tidak mengatakan apa-apa. Saya menempah bilik selama tiga malam dan mengesahkan bahawa hanya kipas sahaja. Saya terus meminta bayaran balik, tetapi kedai itu menolak, dan menegaskan dasar tanpa bayaran balik. Anda mesti berhati-hati dan membaca butirannya dengan teliti; jangan biarkan diri anda diseksa oleh bilik tanpa penghawa dingin…

Easy self check in and out. Small room with queen bed & a table, can't even fit a chairs. Good for sleep only, if want to have Zoom meeting in the room, not recommended as no soundproof for the room and no chair.

A good place to stay for a short period. Near to many shops and can find food and parking space easily. Far from town but ok can drive to go there. Very clean and fragrant. Neat and tidy and cheap. Has Netflix too in the room, like2.

Easy to check in & check out, no aircond in the room but still ok, clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at Metrocity Backpackers. The place was clean and in a good location, close to shops and transport. The staff were nice and helpful. It's a good place to meet other travelers. I would stay here again.
