因為是新酒店，所以所有一切的用品，裝飾，衞生非常乾淨。唯一缺點就是衹有一架（升降機）電梯。一樓沒有問題，可以上下樓梯，但是二樓就衹能等待電梯

Overall, the stay at Roxy Hotel Malihah was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. Although the location is a bit inconvenient and not easily accessible by public transport, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which makes dining very convenient. A good option for travelers looking for value and basic amenities.

I had to wait a while until a receptionist showed up to check me in, afterwards the receptionist took a while to finally check me in and hand me the key card , poor service and the slippers they gave me in the room were in horrible condition, room was okay, clean, can hear the people outside though not fun, will not recommend , good enough if you are on a budget i guess

Bilik cantik dan luas, banyak foodcourt dan ada supermarket dekat boleh jalan kaki, tandas luas dan bersih. Cuma tong sampah dalam bilik ada satu jak, mungkin boleh tambah satu atau dua lagi. Staff ramah, lift unik, pencahayaan bagus. Terima kasih!

the receiptionist is friendly and kind, but the toilet is kinda dirty and the room havent been swept or vacuum i guess cause there havee some hair on the floor and in the toilet
