酒店服務是不錯的..地點也很好..去哪裡都很近..那時可能是公共假期房間比較緊張..所以清潔工衞生不能做的太清潔..樓上游泳池也很多小孩子的娛樂..整體來説這裡的酒店很不錯..也不貴..房間很大..

The breakfast is great! Love the spread.. Better than a 5 star option. Room's big and it's comfortable. It's about RM6 way from vivamall.. Friendly staff.. no deposit.. that's the best..

My room feels clean, fresh, and modern. The front desk staff was able to accommdate my last request from premier queen to prenier king. staff helpful, polite and responsive. it made my stay a pleasent one.

廁所洗臉盆有汙垢，馬桶沖水一直下不去，隔音不行，一大早都聽到泳池的吵鬧聲，兩臥室公寓衹提供兩人份早餐，其餘的要付款RM50,小孩半價，定價不低提供的食物卻非常普通，補充食物的速度太慢，等了好一段時間才補上的米粉卻半生不熟，之前來過幾次印象都很好，這次屬實有點失望了

the 2 bedroom apartment is nice & spacious.. got all amenities as shown in pictures; fridge, 2in1 washer dryer & and small kitchen area (without cooking utensils so basically you can’t cook anyway).. got 3 TVs in total and all 3 can access netflix, youtube etc (use ur own acc).. their road directions around the hotel is kinda weird tho so just be careful not to get in the opposite lane~ anywayyy their service is great especially the receptionists & cafe staff

Go for rooms in Block B — everything inside (pillows, blankets, towels) still looks new and clean. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, which also houses the function rooms, resulting in an unpleasant smell along the corridor.
