是一間另人不會後悔入住的酒店。 乾淨，房間寛闊，職員都很有禮貌。 在游泳池中暢泳，像擁抱著這城市渡過一個愉快假期。 附近亦有很多食檔，日間和晚間不愁吃，但能買早餐的店則只有本地小店2間，亦不合我胃口。

The room was comfortable and all the necessary amenities are provided. There was also a nice pool on the top floor that offered a nice view far away. The location of the hotel was pretty good as it was near a couple of local coffeeshop that serves nice delicious local breakfast kolo mee. A short grab ride around 4-6rm away was chinatown that we explored. This was a short 訂房網站 to attend a friend’s wedding dinner. Hence the exploration was short n simple. We shall stay here again if we come back to kuching for our next 訂房網站.

Sheraton is always my hotel of choice for my 訂房網站 to Kuching. Not only is the location central but it's clean with excellent services. Photos of nearby carpenter street with quaint shops for food, coffee and local produce.

Front desk staff was expectional..1st room given have water issues in bathroom next morning went down to front desk and Mr Nazrin immediately offer a room change and even bring me around to checks out the rooms . Really appreciate your wonderful and exceptional services and kindness thru out my stay will definitely come back again. Housekeeping is another plus plus point wonderful services thank you appreciate from my heart .

入住了11天，衹有前面4天給打掃了房間，而且沒有給補給過備品（拖鞋，洗漱用品），後面的7天就更不用提了，就沒有給打掃過房間，水找服務員有時候要也不給，後來找餐飲部陳經理才給送水，地墊從入住就沒有給換過，就像沒家的孩子似的沒人管沒人問的

Everything was okay but the car parking facilities - no complimentary parking for hotel guests. A charge of MYR 10 per night is required for car parking facility. Quite disappointed over this - as I rented a car. It would have been a great stay in such a renowned hotel.
