Very thing is OK if you accept.... the apartment have alot of ants - waste need to be careful to throw... wifi 1st day unable to use and telco line quite week... Please ask the rules and read it carefully due some some rules does not write clearly...

The house is clean, provide wifi. Car park. Security is very safe，only the water heater pressure very small and need wait some times to reheat.toilet no hannger hook.

地點優越。設施還不錯，有健身房，泳池。連接寶麗華商場，雖然這商場不是很新,watson,guandian,kfc,餐廳購物逛街方便，還有grocery store 。 屋子空間很大，3間房間，靠外面的窗口是落地玻璃，剛好過年時間，意外看到璀璨的煙花，很不錯的體驗。唯一缺點是天台玻璃門關不了。沙發椅看來有些臟。設備保養程度有待改進。大致上還是不錯的體驗。

地理位置挺好，下二樓就是商場，方便。衞生有待改善，一進入房間就有一股黴味像是那種很久沒有通風又有點潮濕的味道，自己下樓買了去潮濕盒和開窗通風才解決這個問題。游泳池這些我不知道是什麼問題，我們的卡去不了那個樓層。訂了4天3夜兩間衞生間，衹有兩卷衞生紙，他們並沒有準備備用的。

Can improve cleanliness of toilet floor and kitchen sink. Some basic furnitures already wear off, eg chairs of the dining table. Iron board was broken, owner replaced after notified. Owner very responsive to needs once notified.

每次都住他們家，19 20樓的房間都很好，這次住13樓，房間比較舊，主臥淋水器不能用，衹能下排水，不能轉換。希望能夠改進
