酒店客服馬來人講話態度很差，打幾次電話都不接，一進房間很大的黴味，被子都是潮的，訂了兩個房間一個冷氣漏水風吹出來的都是骯臟一粒粒的東西，一個房間馬桶是壞的，一直漏水嘩嘩直響。餐具都是很舊的，沒有洗碗液但是要求你洗乾淨。客廳的窗戶就放了兩片布沒有私隱。毛巾是破的沒關係自己有帶，即便有也敢使用。沒有礦泉水，因為第一次去，又轉機太累了，帶了一大家子強忍了一個晚上，第二天早早便離開了。訂房轉的按金馬幣200，一直不要退還聯繫客服幾天後才給退。老鄉們真的不要去這裡，太糟糕了。

是真的很大，兩間房間可以各睡三人，客廳兩個大沙發可以再睡兩個人，電視沒什麼節目看，晚上附近也沒什麼地方玩，適合兩天一夜睡覺用的地方，有游泳池可以玩。

not happy👀 1.Flight delayed got proof but still need charged Rm150 if i cant check in before 10pm as this should write at description there ，this is the first time i stay at apartment with this terrible rules at Kuching 2.Line very bad but dont hv wifi🤣 3.not provide any relevant things as other apartment will do（shampoo /shower/hair dryer） 4.Before check in want me change to another apartment which is under them then what is purpose for booking early？ 5. i do reply message and send them ic but they tell the one who help me check in i'm not reply their message？then repeat asking for ic？ 6.Pls dont booked here got someone being forced to provide good comment otherwise they will not give back deposit. Fees so expensive with bad experience.No more next time，Thanks..

Very bad experience with this host, the check in time is 4pm which is later than other host. The host don’t want to answer call and reply message upon check in time, waited for around 1/2 hour for check in. Besides than deposit, the host also collected a non-refundable service charge of RM20.70 (didn’t facing this when dealing with other host). Bathroom is wet upon arrival, floor is sticky, wall is peeling. No water dispenser, no free wifi, can’t even watch the tv. Notes about penalty are everywhere. Didn’t recommend this host at all.

Lokasi masih ok lah karna ad mall jadi mau makan atau beli barang masih senang,cuma klu mau ke waterfront ,Perlu 25menit,didepan.aparment juga ad everise,cuma kemrin kami pesan yang 2kamar,lantai 13,lucunya wifi yg kita gunakan tu wifi hotel jadi agak lemot,dikamar sabun mandi tak ad,katanya sinad,cuma gk ad,akhirnya disuruh antar,setrika an pun tak ad,waktu cek out saya tanya,katanya mau chat baru diantar hadeh🤧,padahal waktu sampai da chat no respon,gelinya lagi,mesin cuci klu mau pakai kena sewa 35 rm semalam👎,harusnya tu kan vasilitas yg kita dapat waktu kita sewa apartemen,saya tinggal apartemen lain,walaupun mesincuci gk ad dikamar,disimpan dibawah,klu kita gunakan itupun gratis .ini apaan harus bayar,deposit 200rm,kena cash lg 37 rm katanya kebersihan,,apartemen lagi tak begitu pun,tak tau lah ya,lantai lain pemilik lain begitu juga gk

Sangat jelek, tidak ada wifi (setelah komplen baru dikasih), tidak ada air minum sama sekali, sabun dan shampoo diberikan botol kosong (dikomplen beberapa kali baru diantar) , handuk bad quality.
