A Very Disappointing Experience at Imperium Residence We booked our homestay at Imperium Residence months in advance, but just one week before our stay, we were informed that there was an error in their system and our booking had overlapped with another reservation. The lady tried to offer us another room, but after seeing the room offered, we felt it was not suitable for us. We therefore asked if there was an option to have two separate rooms instead, as we preferred to have more privacy during our stay. She immediately checked and provided another room option. However, when we subsequently told her that we preferred the second room instead of the first one she had initially offered, we were told that the second room was already full. With no other choice, we had to accept the first room offered. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued upon our arrival. The room was dusty, and the air-conditioning unit was visibly dirty and had clearly not been properly cleaned. The air purifier was not working, and the soundbar was also not working. We even had to clean the air-conditioning unit ourselves and request cleaning services for the room, including changing the bedsheets. What was even more frustrating was being told by the lady that this room was not under her care and that she had no visibility of it. As a guest, it should not be our responsibility to deal with internal management or room-assignment issues. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience, especially considering that the booking had been made months in advance. If you are looking for a hassle-free and well-managed stay, I would strongly recommend considering other options before booking with them.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view is amazing, offering a stunning sunrise and a room overlooking the sea and pool. The check-in process was also incredibly easy. It’s perfect for a family of five adults. The bathroom is spacious and the room is comfortable. The towels left lint clinging to our skin, which was a bit disappointing. However, I enjoyed our overall stay. I hope you can change them.

Terbaik

Imperium Vs Swiss Bell = Dalam bangunan yg sama. Imperium = Manage By Resident Swiss Bell = Manage By Hotel Pertama kali booking tmpt ni sbb terchun dgn swimming pool dia. Mcm wahh best bg anak2 main dkt sini. Tp booking waktu school holiday kan, swimming ramai penuh sesak dgn org. Jadi bayar mahal tp mcm dh exclusive sgt. Biasa2 je

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was so cozy, clean and comfort bedding. Highly recommended for families

Great experience at this place, very comfortable, not too strict procedure, great sea view ever in this month!

everything was good! I had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the unit. The unit was nice and location was very strategic and convenient.
