Good location. Easy check in and quite efficient for the price paid. Good for touch and go kind of travelling. Worth the stay as they provide wifi tv and amenities. Surrounding area have eateries. Convenient.

1st time check in sini..dari segi kebersihan sgt bagus..keluasan bilik pun selesa even bilik saya xde view (room without window)..cume bilik sebelah kalau bising mmg dengar laa, hihi..for me, nevermind..iron & iron board provided in room mmg terbaik, xmcm hotel lain ade yg kene kluo bilik.. layanan drp staf pun bagus..cume parking limited laa klu hari cuti, nasib baik saya dtg bukan time school holiday..cume nak parking kene jauh la sikit klu parking hotel ni full..yg bestnye, dekat kedai makan & klu nak berjalan2 kt bandar Kuantan pun sgt dekat, yg suke jalan kaki pun rase boleh je sbb xjauh sgt pun..

First time book sini. Saya booking no window. Tapi kaunter bagi tanpa window. Bila di tanya, staff maklum tiada kosong untuk window. Tetiba sorang lagi staff maklum ada 1 bilik ksong tetapi diletakkan bilik hujung yang tiada eletrik. Bila saya tanya beliau ganti dengan bilik lain yg orang belum masuk. Agak berbelit sikit service di kaunter.
Sepatutnya serve customer ikut apa yang di book. Perlu improve service ye.

Located at strategic location, got many restaurant nearby and the room was spacious and clean.
