2024年1月1日起，外籍遊客需要提前3天填報Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)。

禁止攜帶榴槤、山竹進入飯店。

嚴禁拆除和移動傢俱，包括將床墊與沙發分開，因為這會損壞物品。若發現此行為，飯店將向客人收取罰款以用作清潔傢俱和床墊的費用。床墊和/或沙發如有任何損壞，將收取更換費用。如果發現房間過於凌亂，將收取清潔房間的罰款。飯店的所有客房均設計為非吸菸客房，不遵守規定將收取清潔費。

Check in check out very smooth. 酒店的清潔有待加強，我們在床頭髮現插著一根針，難道清潔工換床單時沒看到嗎，這是非常危險的。有一説一，房間和廁所的清潔度還不錯的。第二天的room cleaning service也很快。關於kids club的清潔度就很令人失望，一進去並沒要求穿襪子，結果一踏進去我們就想離開了，滿地的粉筆碎，再進到裡面另一個房間才需要穿襪子，玩具看起來也很少清理。酒店的早餐還有進步的空間

酒店很一般，沒什麼人，沙灘也很一般，酒店比較舊，設施不好，周邊沒什麼吃的，下次我肯定不會再來了，大家優先選擇旁邊的其他連鎖新一點的酒店吧

很享受住在這個酒店，畢竟它有一個很長的海灘，唯一遺憾的是因為早餐人很多，它沒處理好位子而是讓住客自己去找位子，這個必須改進

Service was excellent. Within 30 minutes of entering the room, staff checked to see if the room was alright. In addition, they also brought our bags up to the room without us asking. The room was also super clean, there were no stains. However, the pool area is a little dirty as the stairs have mould on them. Buffet spread was excellent, there were many different options to choose from. Overall a great stay, would come back again when visiting kuantan.

I enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate the stylish lobby decor, and the receptionist staff was very polite and friendly. The kids club is wonderful, we played PlayStation and did some coloring. There's a gym nearby, and the toilet at the kids club is spotless. The hotel is extremely kids friendly, and my children loved everything about it. My room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job with the cleaning. The breakfast is delicious. ❤

The only thing i enjoyed bout my stay was the hotel near to the beach..other than that could be improved..i need to take off my shoes if i wanna use the gym..like seriously? The sauna need to revamp..the wood bench in there almost broken already..breakfast spread not really variety but okay la not so bad

We absolutely loved the chill, family-holiday vibe here. The lobby has so many cosy spots to just sit back and relax. Kids had a great time at the pool and slides, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus.  We stayed in the family room and it was very well maintained! Good air-conditioning, strong water pressure, and overall very comfortable. You really know a hotel is well maintained when even the corners and toilet tiles are clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful! One area for improvement would be the kids’ club. Should provide more educational toys, but during our visit it felt quite empty and there was no staff around. There was also no information shared on available kids’ activities. It became a bit boring for the kids after some time. It would be nice if the PlayStation could be free to use (like Hilton), and if staff could actively engage the kids or share a simple activity schedule. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway. With some enhancements to the kids’ club, the experience would be even better. Would love to return! Thanks!
