Checked in smoothly at this downtown 14‑storey hotel—smart location, walking distance to Menara Kuantan 188 and the mosque . Room had decent views, decent Wi‑Fi, comfy bed—nothing earth‑shattering, but solid . Bathroom was tight. Breakfast was passable—adequate, not memorable . Pool looked inviting, but others were already lounging by 7 PM; felt a bit crowded . Staff were friendly and helpful—parking got arranged despite limited space . Overall: no luxury, but reliable, practical, and efficient.

The hotel room just ok. AC is cold. Hotel location near to Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah, Kuantan, Menara 188 and Muzium Seni Pahang. The Breakfast just ok. The staff hotel helpful n friendly. Parking free provided by the Hotel but limited. Deposit rm50 when you check in to the hotel. Easy to get food n drink by walking distance.

位置很好，離清真寺，關丹塔，關丹河都在10分鐘步行範圍，周邊餐廳很多，營業時間也較合理。 但酒店不知為什麼，一進大堂就是一股廁所味，及其濃郁。。。房間裡也有怪味，地毯上到處都是骯臟的白色印記（不知道既然無法保證清潔為何一定要用地毯），要一床被子打了兩次電話，過了約一個小時才姍姍送來。 第二天一早臨時改變行程早早的逃離了這裡。

So many times stay in this hotel. Good for business traveller. The room is very big complete with the basic equipment. Very suitble if you want bring family especially children because there is swimming pool and located with so many restaurant & easy to get food . The price is very reasonable and staff also friendly. So i really enjoy stay here!

Pros: 1. Easy and smooth check-in. Receptionists are friendly and very helpful. 2. Comfortable room, even though the interior is quite old. 3. Great location in Kuantan. 4. Breakfast is ok for the price. Cons: 1. Room service here is a joke. Ordered at 9.30 PM through the QR code as instructed on the menu — by 10 PM, still nothing. Called them and was told the notification “didn’t come through.” Most hotels just take orders by phone. This one tries to look modern with a QR system they clearly don’t know how to handle. 2. Free parking is limited. The basement can accommodate fewer than 20 cars.
