酒店服務員的態度很滿意,衞生打掃不乾淨,房間有黴味,天台很多灰塵,廁所門不能鎖,櫥櫃門要掉落了

房間很大環境不錯，到商場很近。衞生好！前台保安都很熱情

The room so spacious and clean!! Tho its an old hotel but the management managed to maintain their hospitality is great! Really recommended to stay here!

It was a last minute booking but the process is very smooth. Didn’t expect that it comes with a bath tub and balcony.

Spacious room, modern furniture & lots of choices for breakfast buffet. The most leading muslim friendly in Kuantan. The kitchen hotel was certified by Halal JAKIM. Highly recommended!

It is true that the hotel has a setup of large rooms despite booking a king bedded room. It was so big that it looked odd (could add a few more pieces of furniture). The room was clean albeit had a musky odour. The hair drier had a faulty heat dispenser hose that was not replaced.
