Stayed in Grand Continental Hotal for weekend retreat. The hotel is quite old, but still good. Located in the center of Kuantan city, easy access to tourism spot. Parking is spacious. Breakfast also so good.

Bagi saya la, mungkin hotel ni dah lama jadi peralatan yang ada dalam bilik hotel tusemua barang lama. mungkin pengurusan hotel boleh tukar cadar yang baru. dikolam juga agak berbahaya bagi kanak-kanak untuk mandi. kolam dewasa disekalikan. mungkin boleh letak tali antara air kurang dalam dengan dalam. sekian.

Our room is at 8th floor. Once opened the lift door, we were greeted with heavy wet carpet stench. Went into the room bathroom, there were leftover feaces on the top of WC. We were given another room. Equally bad without feaces. Cleanliness level of toilet is bad as some of the stains can be easily cleaned but just left to linger. Have been to other hotels which has passed its prime but this hotel is bad. The stench of carpet is overbearing and stuffy. Had tough time sleeping. Definitely will not set foot in this hotel again. Grading of stars should be based on cleanliness. I reckon.

Bilik kurang bersih. Tandas kotor dan agak buruk perlu diperbaiki. Tab mandi yang kurang memuaskan. Harap di pertimbangkan pada masa akan datang.

Staff at reception not friendly. Deposit RM100 is required. Smelly room. No wifi at 10th floor. Breakfast not variety. Swimming pool just ok & no pool towel.
