酒店位置不錯，可以步行到沙灘，房間衞生不好，床單下面的包護墊很多血跡，床單枕巾不乾淨有異味，很多螞蟻，浴室門生黴

We found the designated parking lot hassle free, however receptionist forgotten to inform about door needs to be opened using metal key, she then came personally to assist us Extra bed is of decent size, although it arrives rather late Scenery from the apartment is stunning, too bad there’s no chairs on the balcony

There was absolutely no response from the agent or hotel—no guidance on how or where to check in. The whole purpose of emailing and contacting you was simply to ask about the check-in procedure, but nobody responded. Then, when we arrived at the gate, security suddenly asked for a QR code. What QR code? Nobody had informed us about it or explained the check-in process! Luckily, we managed to find our way to the reception, although it was quite far. Huhu. I understand this is a homestay operation, but the communication and service were honestly very poor. We tried calling as well, but no one answered. Luckily, I managed to contact 訂房網站 customer service, and their agents Afiq and Gautham were very helpful and assisted us with the situation. Thank you to both of them! Yes, the price may be affordable, but service and proper communication are equally important. If the phone number and email provided are never going to be answered, then honestly, what is the purpose of listing them as contact details? A very frustrating and disappointing experience for me.
