This is the most dishonest, worst airbnb/short term rental company and unit i ever stayed in. Refused to provide free cancellation or even a refund and denied accusation with evidence. Issues: Bed bug infestation & Black mould. Reported to 訂房網站 and customer service to iconique escape, got chat bot reply. After that they delayed the issue for 1 week and did not resolve at all and just kept saying i will get my supervisor. They only offered to clean an “infested unit” like that makes sense. Send an exterminator once for termite problem solved. After reporting to 訂房網站, and they did not ask me to stay and mentioned they had sent someone to check and no bed bugs found and mould even with the evidence. This unit should be banned on Trip. Just because of a vague “This booking cannot be modified, and no refund will be given if you cancel it. You'll be charged the cancellation fee if you don't check in.” I checked in and left immediately after discovering and they refused ti fulfil my refund/ free cancellation. To any travellers please avoid dishonest property management companies and units. This building itself is maintained horribly and cleaning fee charges also apply. Save that money and book a proper hotel with basic hygiene standards and service. Don’t be misled by the photos as well, there is no console and the toilet smells like urine that wasn’t cleaned properly. At the end, No supervisor or contact or follow from iconique. All messages were to delay until i couldn’t get a refund after 5 days of checking in. I hope the owner would see this review and reconsider their Operators management of their own unit.

The suite is spacious enough for a family 5. Well equipped, clean and affordable as well. Location wise is OK, within 5 to 10 minutes driving to established, well known food outlets.

Collecting keys from post box is rather tricky and most of the time lights not turned on. Nearby no restaurant. Self drive only, if not hard to commute around. GRAB won’t be cheap.

Smooth check in and check out. Room is clean, overall satisfied.

老闆服務真的很好，會主動安排接送我們去永泉小鎮，來回都很方便而且是免費的，特別貼心。房間很新很乾凈，住起來很舒服，整體體驗超出預期，這個價格真的非常值得，強烈推薦！
