專用停車位，停車很方便。沙灘沙特別細，早上沙灘上很多小寄居蟹（得往前面走一點，門口太多沙灘車碾壓），入住體驗很好。

Conveniently located just steps from Balok Beach and about 26 km from Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport, it’s also close to Kuantan 188 Tower (14 km) and the Sultan Ahmad Shah International Convention Centre (13 km).

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We got a beautiful sea view from our room, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall its a great stay 👍🏻 The room super clean. Strategic location. Many activities you can do. Near to beach and cafe. We enjoy watching such a beautiful view sunset and sunrise from balcony and room. The host also responsive. Just hope host can upgrade the tv since it keeps error when we turn on netflix 🙏🏻

I had a great stay at Timurbay Seafront Residences by THM in Kuantan. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were responsive and helpful throughout my visit. Stay for family vacation. Highly recommended. Clean house, the pool is perfect for kids and beach is clean.. urusan check in n check out pun senang. The host Miko very helpful.. definetely will return again if we’re in Kuantan.

Love it. Just beside the beach. Hv ATV if u want to ride it. And easy to get breakfast or dinner as there are restaurants in front of the residence. And it's not noisy. It has big pools

Booked 2units 2BR. Bersih.kemas. washer provided.just bwk sabun je. Cooker,microwave, fridge..pinggan sudu pisau all provided.. Swimming pool besar & byk.. Easy access to the beach dr pool area. Atv pon ada..
