    1. Misleading infomation in the listing. The main picture shows pool and the highlight mentioned “private pool” (as in picture attached) but turns out not all unit have private pool. 2. Not responsive. I have to call for so many times to get the details to check in. 3. Give a wrong passcode for the door. We have to wait for 30 minutes. Then, they give the correct passcode with no apologise. 4. Iron was not functioning and shower was broken. 5. The instructions for projecter was not clear. End up not able to watch movie. Only use for karaoke. 6. Got few cockroaches in the toilet. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and my worst stay ever.

    Family suite not as described. It's shows can accommodate 8 pax. However only 2king size bed and 2futon provided (NOT 3 single bed). Generally not dirty, but need pest control as small cockroaches and ants are found in the room.
