這裡離吉隆坡市區還有點遠,靠近海岸。我自己來這裡住是因為出差,離客戶比較近。這裡離海邊沙灘很近，出門就是海。但這裡是封閉式管理的公寓，對第一次來入住的遊客不太友好，需要辦理很多手續，建議做好攻略再選擇入住這裡。

這是我第二次預訂，晚上非常安靜，沒有走廊的吵雜聲，早上盡收眼底的日出，周圍充滿生機的景象和環境，不管是商務還是度假，都是一個非常不錯的選擇

My recent stay at Timur Bay in Kuantan was truly a delightful experience. The unit felt very cosy and well put together, with everything I needed conveniently available throughout my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for my family of five. All tools and equipment provided in the unit were functional, clean, and efficient, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall environment was neat and inviting, and I felt a genuine sense of ease during our time there. It was clear that attention had been given to the details, and it showed. The facilities surrounding the apartment were also great. It's just a short walk to the beach, where I had the peaceful pleasure of enjoying the morning sunrise while reading the Quran and sipping on hot chocolate—a perfect start to the day. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the sea nearby is lovely for both swimming and jogging. Security was tight and reassuring, with access to most areas requiring a resident card. This added a sense of safety, especially with kids around. For daily necessities, TMG Express and various local shops, restaurants, and warungs are conveniently located just outside the main gate. The unit itself is ideally positioned to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views, making it even more special. Although the drive to Kuantan town and shopping malls takes about 20–30 minutes depending on traffic, for a holiday or leisure 訂房網站, Timor Bay is an excellent choice. Attached herewith some concern about the accommodation booked today. Cockcroach family everwhere in the room, yellowish cum brownish towel, brownish blanket, crumpled pillow case, dusty floor , Staff were unpolite especially Mr Pok,etc…. Waiting for house keeping staff at wee hour (12.30 am).. Helpless

I'm not sure if the bedsheets are changed between users as the pillow cover had yellow marks on it. The handheld shower was broken, so only the head shower could be used. The towel provided was damp, raising doubts about whether it was washed and dried properly. On the positive side, we had a sea-view room with good amenities, and the location offers convenient access to Kuantan town and nearby beaches. However, we were asked to clean the room and dispose of the rubbish in the refuse room, which felt a bit odd.

Everything was good except for the gym facilities. Sadly some of equipments were not working.
