Excellent CX with RAIA, the hotel service team which is reception, the security all is so friendly and helpfull. The hotel ambience is excellent and their hotel smells is so nice. And a plus for ambulation pipe in the toilet.

Stayed at Raia Hotel recently. The earliest check-in I was able to get was at 2:30 PM, which was a bit later than I expected. The room was generally clean and comfortable, but there was an air leak/dripping issue from the air conditioner, which was quite inconvenient. Staff were polite and helpful, though. With a bit of maintenance improvement, it could be a much better stay.

Great service from the hotel.. prior to checking in they whatsapp guests to inform regarding parking lots and all.. during stay hotel staff keep on checking if our room was ok and need any assistance.. friendly staff, clean room, great locatio, nice mini waterpark & smooth check in.. keep it up!!

Alhamdulillah.ni Kali ke 2 stay raia... recommended - bilik bersih - pools for kids - breakfast yg variety and sedap especially tea susu/ tarikh my favorite As for me,Sy suggest hotel ni jika bercuti di terengganu

I had a good stay at Raia Hotel Kuala Terengganu. The location is great — just 5 minutes from the airport, though a bit far from the town centre. We arrived early from Redang around 10:30 AM; the room wasn’t ready, but we were allowed to check in early at 12:15 PM, which we appreciated. There was a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast had nice local options like nasi dagang and nasi kerabu. It was a bit packed during our stay due to a state officer group on kursus. Special thanks to the helpful bellboys who handled our luggage efficiently.

Frst time dtg raia.. sangat lah berpuas hati. Bilik kemas sentiasa. Terbaik sangat.. sejadah wangi..cafe raia sdp okkk.. lobi wangi, semua tiptop. Mmg akan repeat dtg sini bawa anak2. Satuuuuu jeee. Pressure air agak slow. Tak mcm raia kedah. Huhu. Tp sangat berpuas hati.

作為過渡酒店不得不住一晚，再去登嘉樓不想住這家了。優點是離機場很近，直接第二天島上酒店車子來酒店接，很方便。其它都是缺點，最不能忍的是房間一股劣質香水味道，聞了一晚上頭暈，聞到後面覺得是一股狐臭味。設施相當簡陋，就是國內招待所水平。大堂和外觀建築很漂亮。中午點了樓下的餐飲很難吃。早餐還可以。
