Old but well maintained hotel. 90s style resort hotel. Check in was smooth, without deposit. Room and bathroom was clean. Got room facing town n a bit of seaview. Pool was ok. Overall satisfied and will come again if visiting k. Terengganu.

I booked for two rooms with queen size beds but was given twin single beds instead. However, my special request of having adjoining rooms was fulfilled. As my baggages and other items have been sent to the rooms, I do not want to make a fuss over it. Apart from that, my stay had been good.. the one thing that keep me coming to stay in the hotel is the location… fronting the sea and near the city. Although there are lots of improvement that need to be done, I saw some serious efforts by hotel with upgrading of some of the facilities eg pool and dining area…. Hope that the hotel would continue refurbishing the room and step up their maintenance and cleanliness and take advantage of their strength over other hotels in Kuala Terengganu…

For a longstanding beach resort, most of the furniture and buildup is relatively aged; however cleanliness has been maintained really well, particularly more so in the rooms. Breakfast selection here is more local than international, but enough to provide a full meal, but nonetheless nothing exciting. Nasi dagang with fish curry is on the menu.
Soundproofing not the greatest, though the guests are mostly courteous and it's quite an okay experience.

Room was neat and spacious for family of 5 like me. Bfast food delicious, swimming pool was excellent, the kids love it so much, will definitely come again.
