I had a pleasant stay at Di Citi Plaza & Hotel in Kuala Terengganu. The location is excellent — right in the city center, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shops, and eateries. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and spacious room that provided good value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly — a big plus in the hot weather. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, offering local and light options. Parking can be a bit limited during peak hours, but overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. 地點在市區，服務員的態度很好，房間很乾凈。早餐就比較普通，不好就是停車位很少！晚上酒店對面有檔泰國餐，還算評價！

Keadaan persekitaran hotel sangat bersih serta kemudahan yg agak lengkap.Parking ada kala penuh mungkin masa kami check-in ramai yg menginap di hotel.layanan agak baik dan memuaskan.Kami menginap di family suit yg ada 1 katil queen dan 2 katil single.Terdapat ruang tamu dibilik kami.Suasana di bilik hotel agak pelik kerana pd waktu pagi, petang dan tengah mlm ketika tidur,kami terganggu dengan bunyi bising di tingkat atas seakan bunyi org mengemas perabot dan menolak kerusi,juga bunyi org mendrill sesuatu…sangat misteri.Juga terdapat lipas di dlm bilik ketika kami hendak check-out

Bonjour Chambre vendue bon non non non non non non non avec une grande chambre et un salon un total superficie de 62 m2. La chambre d'affaires au maximum 35 mètres carrés. Chambre qui est censée être la plus grande et la plus cher. Très mauvais accueil de la part des réceptionnistes. Hôtel très récent heureusement car il vieillira très mal je pense. Si tu es à 700 m de la gare routière, mes trajets difficiles sur les trottoirs pour les voyageurs en valise. Peu de restaurant autour de l'hôtel ferme très tôt en début de soirée Superficie de la chambre plus réaliste et encore au-dessus de la réalité sur Booking par exemple.

We booked family plus room. It is nice room but i dont realize that the room has no window so it is quite dark when no light is on. But the room has 2 toilets so it is good so everyone can have their own sweet time when you have big family. Since our room has no window n view we go to seventh floor where we can see drawbridge view in small room. They also offer breakfast with reasonable price n variety food but i dont get to taste rhe breakfast. The parking is quite a lot n i think enough to accomodate all guest and there is spotlight in parking area. They also provide iron station, water filter and vending machine. On Clealiness , the toilet need some extra deep cleaning and the quilt has some stain. Overall nice location, helpful staff. In front of the hotel, there is small cafe too.

大概是國內十年或者十五年前七天的水平吧，但是在這裡應該是不錯的水平？大概早上四五點鐘吧，聽到了禱告唱經的聲音，我覺得挺悠遠挺有異國風情的，挺安神的，但是朋友覺得有點吵，床有點偏軟，是個新酒店，總體來説在這裡應該是個還不錯的選擇，前台都不懂中文。周邊沒有早餐吃，酒店的早餐更適合本地人。

hotel baru yang sangat selesa, view jambatan angkat, staff yang sgt peramah dan membantu, bilik yang sgt selesa. Dilengkapi kopi dan berus gigi cuma satu jer parking yang amat terhad.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Room also comfortable. Definitely a great choice if you’re visiting the area!

Our suite room was big enough for 4 of us to stay but amenities provided were not sufficient. We asked for extras they happily provided us in a minute. Excellent room service! Something special from this hotel. They have a small nice room on the top floor for viewing the Draw Bridge. Excess free for all guests. This is bonus.

Nice greet at check-in counter. Stay for 1 night before transit to Redang Island. Clean room and toilet. Hotel parking area bit limited but street car park available in front of hotel 1st come basis.
