The hotel facilities are quite impressive, especially having a lift even though the building is only four storeys high. Another thing I really liked about this hotel is its central location, which makes it very convenient to access many places around Kuala Terengganu. I only stayed for one night. Although the hotel does not have a swimming pool, it was still a comfortable and pleasant stay. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Terengganu.
