Newly renovated hotel. Some inconveniences as the main lobby was closed but still fine. Gym was not open yet when I was there so rather disappointed. Breakfast variety is good but the food are not fantastic. Nevertheless hotel staff service are excellent, make us feel comfortable.

武吉免登瑞士花園酒店正對著阿羅街。最近由於瑞士花園酒店在升級裝修，所以很多設施沒有開放。前台設在一件會議室裡，多少有些拉胯。房間硬件齊全，但是滿意度一般，中央空調噪音很大，浴室花灑的水量很小。去武吉免登比較方便，總體還行吧！

建物や室內は綺麗。現在、メインロビー等がリフォーム中なので使えない施設が有ります。年末位までやってるかもです。メインロビーが使えない為、臨時ロビーが有るのですが、Grabを呼ぶ時勝手にレジデンス側に移ってしまうので要注意です。因みに簡易ロビーは冷房有りません(笑) 一番不満だったのがバスタオルの交換は言わないと交換してくれません。初回は電話で直ぐに持ってきてくれましたが、次の日も交換してなくて電話して30分経っても持ってこないので再度電話。電話には出るが無言。10回くらいかけ直してやっと出たのでブチキレて怒鳴ってしまった(笑) これに懲りてバスタオルの上にメモを殘すようにしました。｢バスタオル交換してください｣って。歯ブラシやスリッパなんかはチャカチャカ補充してるのに不思議。場所的には最高なのでお勧めします。

飯店入口比較不好找，動線設計很妙要走一段空橋去隔壁棟才能到大廳。服務親切，房間乾淨舒適。因一早趕飛機請飯店外帶早餐，外帶的早餐比較普通。

在預訂酒店的時候，不知道在裝修，因為地點很方便，加上游泳池，就下訂這家酒店，結果泳池暫時關閉😟 lobby在另一邊上去，原有的大門暫時關閉，因為裝修，跟著指示牌，可以找到，新入口處。早餐食物一般般，7/8入住，8/8吃早餐看到很多中東人，太幸運了我，遇到幾個不是很有禮貌的，明明桌上已經放了兩個水，她還把她的東西放我桌上 😣 整天來説，還ok

Additionally, the housekeeping service was inadequate—the room was not cleaned properly, and basic necessities were not replenished unless requested daily. While the hotel’s location is convenient, the overall experience does not reflect a 4-star standard. Given the lack of cleanliness and poor service, the stay was not worth the price paid.

Stay 1 night for a business 訂房網站. Great location ! Walking distance to Jalan Alor where you can find lots of food & massage here. Downside, there is no lift from the car park to the lobby. As a 4 star hotel standard, amenities should be improved better. 1st, room doesn't have towels have ask from house keeping send to the room, 2nd, the pillow case not cleaned, 3rd the kettle is rusting

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Garden Bukit Bintang. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with a cozy and well-maintained room. The toilet was spotless, and the overall ambiance made the stay truly enjoyable. One of the best things about this hotel is its location — it's very close to shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. It's definitely a hotspot for tourists, making it a convenient place to stay whether you're in Kuala Lumpur for shopping, sightseeing, or food hunting. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. You won’t be disappointed!

Clean room and bedroom! The shampoo provided is really nice, love the peppermint smells. Had their bread buffet, not many choice but overall the food is nice and tasty. Will come for second stay. Walking to Stadium Merdeka for concert, not a problem. Good!

The staff was nice, but cleaning should be much better. I had to call housekeeping to replace bedsheets and towels as it was really dirty. Also the room itself looked like it's not cleaned properly: dust in the corners, some dirty spots. The windows were very dirty too. Also I'd booked the same room type as my colleagues, but got a room on the 4th floor, while they got 15th with great views.
