Prima hotel, beetje to tussen kunst & kitch. Aardig personeel, goed ontbijt ingedekt met een mes erbij, chapeau! Een opmerking, wederom een hotel die de roosters in de hotelkamers niet schoon hebben. Zowel de airco als de rooster in de badkamer. Voldoet niet aan de gezondheidseisen. Het is ons tijdens onze 訂房網站 bij (15 hotels) alle lagen van 2* tot 5* dit niet op orde hebben. Voor de rest genoten van het verblijf.

優點： 1.位置在柏威年隔壁，逛各大商場，和地鐵很方便 2.裝修雖有年代感，但是很乾凈。門口休息區方便等候，電梯也很快速。 3.早餐蔬菜選擇很多，方便減脂人士！真的加分 4.客房服務員的態度很好，晚上因為噪音問題諮詢的時候也是全程禮貌耐心地幫我們換房間。 5. 床品很舒服缺點： 1. 地處市中心，打車一半來説一定會堵車。除非一大早或凌晨 2. 隔音很差，聲音敏感的人要慎重。首先是樓外面引擎的聲音一直會持續到凌晨，即便是背對街道的房間也會有聲音，還有巷子裡夜晚行人熙熙攘攘的談話聲。然後，酒店內房客走過關門的聲音也聽的很清楚。太清楚了有時候甚至以為門沒關。 3. 前台辦理入住的效率太低。前台人員服務是很好。但是check in衹有兩個人，退房也衹有兩個人。每個人接待一組客人通常要10分鐘以上。入住或者退房高峰期就會排長隊。入住期間因為房卡實效需要開通，可能幾分鐘就好的事情，但遇上了高峰就要排隊等很久。使體驗更糟糕的是，旁邊concierge台就站著兩個沒有任何事情的工作人員在聊天。雖然是各有分工，但是可以感覺到這裡肯定是不是服務至上的。他們不在乎你排隊多久。

地理位置很好，去哪裡都非常方便！酒店比較舊了，衞生一般般，感覺不太乾淨，不能在意細節… 需要200馬幣的按金，前台挺粗心的，房費已經含了旅遊稅，還準備再收一次，還解釋了一會…

畢竟地理位置在那裡，服務還是有一定標準的。下車上車有禮賓拉門，幫忙拿行李。退房後拉著行李下台階，會馬上沖過來幫忙。我對房間打掃沒有特別要求，我也不會搞了很亂。早餐肯定沒法跟我在亞庇香格里拉的比，沒有可比性。位置很好，旁邊是柏威年，從柏威年後面有天橋可以走到雙子塔，大概20分鐘。

Tempat penginapan yang strategik , cafe yang menarik dengan banyak makanan yang dihidangkan. I really thankful and appreciate to Chef Hanapi , En. Amirul , En. Mubarak , En. Zaimi, En. Kamarul and also to all the staff yang sangat friendly dan membantu dari semua deparment . Saya bagi 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!! Will repeat this hotel again bila bercuti lagi !!

Location is both great and bad! Great because it’s surrounded by malls and shops - you’ll never run out of food and shopping options. So happening! Bad because of the traffic jam… getting to the hotel is so challenging! So near yet so far, especially the last 500m … The solution? Once you reach there - don’t drive out again till you check out. There’s so much to do right at the hotel’s doorstep anyway! Love this hotel! Excellent service, great rooms, wonderful beds!😍😍

Stylisches Hotel in perfekter Lage – absolut empfehlenswert! Das Hotel macht sofort Eindruck – modern, glanzvoll („bling bling“) und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend: mitten in der Stadt, in einer sauberen und sicheren Gegend. Jalan Alor mit seinem berühmten Street Food ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – ein echtes Highlight! Unser Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – inklusive Zahnbürste und weiteren Essentials. Wir hatten viel Platz und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fazit: Tolle Ausstattung, perfekte Lage, super Service – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I have booked 4 rooms in total for a 2 night stay at the Grand Millennium and the whole experience has been fantastic, from the smooth check-in and swift check-out process, the cleanliness of the room and the top-notch quality service provided by the reception staff, especially Devi from the departure counter, who is very professional and friendly. She extended personal help to assist us to reach our elderly parents who were staying at a different level from us. We will definitely stay at the Grand Millennium hotel again given the excellent location and service
