房間很乾凈，酒店位置很好周圍都是高端商場，酒很巧我住到的那一間房子有漏水問題。樓上房間早上洗澡下面房間就漏下水了，也很巧漏水的地方是浴室門口。床很舒服很好睡，浴室很寬大。有淋浴也有浴缸。 大廳接納服務生態度不友善！行動也很慢，僦入住酒店等了1小時

這次和家裡人去吉隆坡玩，選擇這個酒店因為地理位置比較方便，又是準5星，想到應該不會太差，入住體驗呢，你不打電話過去催就沒有人給你打掃房間，出門前亮了打掃的標識也沒人理你，回來房間還是沒動過。其次，我新買的的Lululemon拖鞋，臨走的時候著急收拾行李去機場，忘在了房間裡，開始説找一下就沒下文了，後來又再三詢問，給的答覆是沒有發現！大家還是理性斟酌這個酒店的處理問題態度和工作人員的道德水平吧～

We stayed at Apartment 2 bedroom and breakfast was at Living Space level 10. It was a great restaurant and the team Jess all very good and attentive. The food was tasty and change of menu everday. The view was also nice . Unfortunately no more playroom for children. Will definitely recommends our family members and friends. The room was large and had 2 toilet in each room. We really enjoyed our stay.Aircon was good too. We will book again in year 2026 in April. Thank you Pullman hotel.

Very good and comfortable stay. First time staying in a great location just beside Pavilion KL. Room is nice and spacious enough (pardon the messy as forgot to take photos at start of the stay and only realised till the end 🤣). The staff are great too as they are proactive, very friendly and kind!

This was my first experience at a Pullman Hotel in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Good location, very clean and staff very good. I booked the lowest room type. Upon arrival at the lobby, the lady told me I was chosen as the guest of the day. Wow! Thank God, the room and all the facilities were upgraded. And this was certainly very pleasant for me and my parents. Thank you, Pullman, love you so much.

這次入住真的超滿意！酒店位置很好，交通方便，周邊吃的也多。房間乾淨整潔，床睡起來特別舒服，隔音也不錯。前台服務態度超級好，辦理入住很快，還貼心地幫我升級了房型。早餐選擇豐富，味道也很好～最喜歡的是房間的落地窗，可以看到城市夜景✨。整體體驗非常棒，下次來廣州一定還會再住這裡！💯👍

2nd time staying with Pullman KL. Room is still comfort , good service and breakfast is superb. Walking distance to Pavilion and bukit bintang area with various super mall like Lot 10, Plaza Low Yat IT mall , Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport as well as KLCC twin tower. MRT subway is also nearby with various foodies store. Nice.!!!

First stay in Pullman Hotel after many 訂房網站s to Kuala Lumpur. It was a great stay overall are good. I'd like to praise to Sedap Restaurant staff Delen who helped me to keep my ordered cake in the cake fridge. All the communication with them was easy. Location is good, very convenient to access to Pavilion Shopping Mall via a link bridge next to Banyan Signature Residences Hotel and to other places at Bukit Bintang by just a 10mins short walking distance. Will stay here again.

Excellent 5 star hotel apartment. Great location, clean room, comfy bed, strong air con, complete bathroom with bathtub, hot water. Only 1 complaint for the breakfast at Sedap. Taste 5 / 10. Awful nasi lemak. Bread not up to standard. Butter is displayed in chunk of bowl. The rest are so so. Options 6 / 10. Just enough options not up to 5 stars hotel level. Service 8 / 10. Polite and observant staff.

This was my first experience at a Pullman Hotel in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Good location, very clean and staff very good. I booked the lowest room type. 2nd time staying with Pullman KL. Room is still comfort , good service and breakfast is superb.
