吉隆坡的四鑽和國內的四鑽不是一個標準。。。一進門這衞生間讓我覺得我入住的是養老院，床邊放兩個小圓凳當床頭櫃。不知道吉隆坡是不是有規定酒店的窗不能開還是什麼的，房間裡面不通風味道蠻重的；不提供牙刷牙膏一次性拖鞋，問前台是要收費的；不提供瓶裝水，樓道里有接水的地方；訂單頁顯示華人優選，但是從入住到離開沒碰到會中文的工作人員；早飯也沒啥好吃的。最重要的是，睡眠淺的千萬不能選這家！我原本定了四晚，從機場到酒店已經晚上八九點，入住後發現聲音格外吵，一個是空調聲賊大，另外是房間一點都不隔音，半夜回房間刷門卡的聲音和大清早旅行團出發的吵鬧聲，哪怕是其他人經過走道正常音量的聊天聲全都聽的一清二楚，導致我一晚上衹睡了一兩個小時，第二天的行程全推遲和酒店商量退房的事。最氣憤的是和前台溝通的時候，工作人員表示我們就是這樣的，還暗戳戳的陰陽低樓層吵的都是中國人，你想安靜可以加錢住高樓層。總而言之，不推薦。

The hotel environment is very comfortable and relaxing. There are many entertainment facilities, so you can easily spend the whole day in the hotel. I was surprised to find there’s even a food court inside, so on rainy days I didn’t have to go out just go downstairs for food! There’s also a park right outside the hotel, perfect for a walk. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

床頭旁邊一邊有櫃一邊沒有櫃衹是放了一張凳子，充手機衹能放在凳子，放不到其他東西，泡水的地方沒有燈很暗，房間的燈亮一點更加好，FoodCourt的杯乾凈一點更加好，其他的都蠻好.

I stayed in the One Bedroom Deluxe for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a microwave and three air-conditioners, so the room was really cold. It was also very clean and well-maintained. For a one-night stay, everything went smoothly and I was satisfied with the condition of the room.

Действительно хороший отель. Очень чисто, удобное расположение, рядом прекрасный парк. Единственным минусом был шум и отсутствие шумоизоляции у двери и стен (но было в пределах разумного, как в любом отеле этой ценовой группы)

First time booked this apartment hotel. We drive car and easy to find the location. The reception counter at the ground floor. When check-in, the staff is friendly, will give you access card and advise can park car at which floor area. Before drive car go out, bring your Touch & Go card to reception counter for validate it (free parking), if not will charge RM6 per entry. The room quite small, clean, got provide towels, but did not provide tooth brush and tooth paste. Overall we enjoy 1 night stay. We will come back again.

Dari segi kebersihan boleh bagi A++ memang puas hati. Lokasi hotel pun okay, dekat tasik cantikk 😍 air lajuuu best mandi 🥰 utk breakfast (LG) berbaloi laa dgn harga rm15-20, tak byk sangat pilihan makanan tapi rasa ok laa hehe. Cuma bilik agak kecil, nasib la ada ruang sikit utk solat. Kolam (L6) prefer utk dewasa jela. Kalau kids nak mandi boleh pakai life jacket or pelampung. Yang kurang best dalam bilik takde iron, kena pergi level 3A utk iron. Bilik duk L5, hurm malas nak turun naik. Pastu, shower n shampoo je ada. Lain2 takde macam berus gigi ke, kopi2 ke, laundry bag pun takdeeee 😵💫 stay utk 1 malam ok laa, tapi tak repeat la kot hehe

The room are quite small and basic but it matched with the price. It nice for short gateway to relax and spend time with family. The tv channel is limited. The view is nice. I can see KLCC, TRX and Genting too.

Check in smoothly, front desk staffs are friendly. Room is clean & big enough for both of us, amenities are not much but cannot complaint with this price, overall very satisfied with this place. If you ask me whether will I choose here again, the answer is YES.

Good location, great facilities/amenities and very relaxing. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, bed was awesome, water pressure was heavenly. I also like how the blackout curtains really block the sunlight out, I didn’t even realize the sun was already really up. The room is on the smaller side but honestly i think the size is really ok if you don’t have much luggage. They don’t provide complimentary toiletries but you can buy them cheaply as a set at the counter while checking in. They don’t provide bottled waters, but they do give you like a water jug and you can fill it up at the water station. All in all, the stay was very satisfying. My only complaint was about the toilet door, I have trouble closing it.
