I stayed at Fairfield Chow Kit recently and, sadly, the experience was far from what I expected. First of all, parking is not complimentary, even though you’re a hotel guest. The parking is managed by a third party, but I strongly feel the hotel should offer complimentary parking or at least validate parking for guests. It’s a basic convenience that most hotels provide, and it felt unreasonable to have to pay extra just to park. The noise level was the worst part of the stay. The soundproofing is terrible – you can clearly hear every time someone opens or closes their door, and it echoes through the entire corridor. It was really hard to rest, especially at night. To make things worse, there’s a Malay live band playing right beside the hotel, and the sound carries into the rooms. It was loud and went on until late, making the environment even more stressful and uncomfortable. I was really disappointed, especially considering this is a Marriott-branded property. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace and rest.

I've stayed at several Marriott Bonvoy but this is by far the worst! It's dirty with dusty corners throughout the room, totally not up to standard. The carpet also looked really dirty. In terms of noise, it is not sound proof so you will hear doors slamming in the mornings and at night you will hear the sound of music playing from the restaurant at the car park next to the hotel until past 12am. But service was quick and whatever that was needed was sent to the room when needed. I wouldn't recommend a stay here.

10mins drive MITEC, near chow kit mrt. Gym available. But not many food options nearby. Downstairs playing live band till 12mn everyday, even on weekdays. Can hear from my room on the 10th floor. Reception not very nice, called to say we didn't have bedroom Slippers. The guy on the phone was really suspicious of me and didn't send slipper until we called again 1 hr later... Definitely won't be back due to many factors.

想要睡個好覺的！千萬別來到晚上11點過後馬路旁邊就開始有摩託車在飆車！甚至到凌晨3點都有飆車生意！非常誇張完全沒有隔音太差了！早上好不容易能夠睡一下，因為沒有隔音的關係所以工人收拾房間的時間磕磕碰碰都完全能夠聽見！太無語了！

非常非常非常非常的吵嚴重不推薦住這一家酒店，除非他能夠改善他的噪音情況，因為在後面一個相對不吵一點點的房間也是很吵的，但凡睡眠不是那種睡了之後和死了沒區別的話，那就不要住這一家酒店

The location is overall very favourable in the sense that it's close to the subway. The breakfast is good. However, it is very close to a major road with noisy cars and if you have a room with the view of the towers, you'll also hear the restaurant band below playing noisy music until after midnight. Most nights were very noisy.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Fairfield by Marriot Chow Kit. The room was extremely clean and without bad smell. Morever, the quiet environment was suitable for our liking. The food at breakfast was delicious especially the nasi goreng, dhal curry with the roti canai and the mango juice. All in all the service was comfortable, wonderful and friendly. Congratulations! .We will definitely come again.

The room is comfortable and clean. The only disadvantage to have the room with the twin towers view is quite noisy at night due to very close to the roadside. Besides that, there is a hawker center near the hotel which the live band played until very late night . So quite noisy at night . Check in and check out process done smoothly by the hotel staff.
