before cekin the custoner service is fast respon, after cekin i ask about another mop they not reply my messg until i cekout. for the cleanliness 2/5 bcs there's a lot a baby cockroach in living room, bathroom, kitchen , and in the door frezer location 5/5 near to alor night market,petaling, bukit bintang.

Difficult to find the room, not mention clearly on process, room not so clean but can accept. Stuff inside is ok, location ok easy walk.

Stayed at Infini Suites @ The Robertson Bukit Bintang and had a really pleasant experience! The location is super convenient — close to Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, and many cafes and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The view from the unit was beautiful, especially at night, and the facilities like the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Check-in process was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Perfect choice for short getaway, staycation, or even business 訂房網站s in KL.
